• Grouting places where sudden temperature changes and heavy trafic exist like facades , terraces, over

PROPERTIES
• Approved to be used in contact with water intended for human consuption.
• High flexiblity.
• Good compressive and flexural strength and good resistance to freeze /that cycless.
• Low water absorption.
• A smooth final surface.
• Low shrinkage, therefore absence of cracks and fissures.
• Fast curing.
• Very good abrasion resistance.
• Ultra-violet and atmosphere resistant 15 different colors.
PREPARATION AND SUBSTRATES
• The joint gabs should be dry , clean and solid.
• The joint gabs should be free of adhesion preventive foregin substances such as dust, dirt, cement residues, etc.
• The joint gabs should be at least 2/3 of the tile thickness .
• When laying the tiles ,the adhesive or mortar overflowing into the joint cavities should be cleaned before it
hardens.
• Dampen the joints with clean water when using very porous ceramic tiles in high tempareture and in the
presence of wind.
APPLICATION
Adhesive must be cured prior to grouting.
Preparing the mix
20 kg of SPECIAL CG2WA should be slowly poured into 5,5-6.5 liters of water and mixed with a low-speed drill until a
homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The prepared mortar should be left to mature for 5-10 minutes and then mixed again for 1-2 minutes before
being applied to the surface
Use the mixture within 1 hour of preparation
Applying the mix
Fill the joints completely with SPECIAL CG2WA using the appropriate rubber trowel , make sure that the joint are
complete compacted. Remove excess SPECIAL CG2WA from the surface moving the flotal diagonally across.
When grout mortar filled into the joint cavity loses its water and becomes dull, usally after about 10-20
minutes, the surface should be cleaned in ac circular motion wit a wet sponge. This period may be shortened
in applications made in unfavorable ambient condition such as direct sun , wind, etc. When coating material
have waited under the sun or have high absorbency. The problem of fluctuation in color maybe encountered if
the wiping is done too soon or when using very wet sponge . The sponge should be cleaned frequently and
water inside the bucket must be renewed frequently to prevent development of a haze on the tile surface.
After making sure thet SPECIAL CG2WA grout mortar is cured enough not to drain from the joint , the residues on the
surface should be cleaned with the help of a dry cloth.
GROUTING AND SEALING
• Re-mixing the used material or reprocessing already hardened waste material is prohibited!
• Always comply with applicable standards and directives.
• Clean tools and mixing containers immediately after use, as the material can only be removed mechanically
once hardened.
• Avoid contact with eyes or skin! In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and consult a
specialist if necessary.
